Commercial Hot Water Upgrades Performed by Powerwise (also known as Service Telco)

If you were a commercial Service Telco customer and assigned the right to create energy saving certificates to Ecovantage, who received a hot water upgrade between December 2023 and May 2025, you may be eligible for remediation or redress.

During December 2023 to May 2025, Powerwise (also known as Service Telco) performed commercial hot water upgrades as part of the VEU program.

An extensive investigation uncovered several upgrades that contravened the VEU program rules. Some customers experienced post-installation operational issues, while others were promised a free or heavily discounted finishing tank.

If you were a commercial Powerwise customer and assigned the right to create energy saving certificates to Ecovantage, you may be eligible for remediation or redress.
