The above activities are to be counted in satisfaction on behalf of an energy retailer’s obligation under the Retailer Energy Productivity Scheme (REPS).
The customer confirms;

- the information provided in this form is correct and complete.
- they are the property owner or has Owner/Landlord approval for the works to be undertaken.
- they are the authorised signatory of the entered address and will directly benefit from the ongoing end-use services provided by the equipment installed on site.
- the above activities have been undertaken at their property.
- they have not received the above activities from another provider.
- they understand the activity can be implemented at the same premises on the renewal of a contract with a VPP and can verify that the previous contract period was no shorter than three years.
- they allow this information to be used by ESCOSA or other necessary parties for audit purposes.
The customer understands that Ecovantage will collect information on this form for the purpose of complying with the Electricity Act 1996 and Gas Act 1997 and authorise it to use and disclose information about me for this related purpose.
The customer confirms they were provided with a copy of the REPS Information Statement form via email upon submission to Ecovantage for the REPS VPP1 Activity.
The customer understands that they may be required to participate in an in-person site audit and/or telephone audit to verify the activity claim at the premises listed above by either Ecovantage, the obliged retailer, or ESCOSA.
The customer confirms the battery storage system has been designed and installed in accordance with and covered under the scope of AS/NZS 5139:2019 (Electrical Installations - Safety of battery systems for use with power conversion equipment) as well as any additional product requirements of the Approved VPP.

The maximum rebate allowable is for batteries is equal to 28kWh in total capacity. Batteries larger than 28kWh can still receive the VPP1 rebate, but to the value equivalent to a battery with 28kWh total capacity.
To be considered eligible under REPS VPP1, installed batteries must:

- have a capacity greater than or equal to 2kWh total capacity (nominal, not usable).
- have been designed and installed by a CEC/SAA-accredited designer and installer to be eligible for the rebate.
- have been installed in accordance with all relevant Australian and State Laws and Australian Standards, including but not limited to ASNZS3000, AS/NZS 4777 & ASNZS5139.
- be connected to an Approved VPP Plan at the nominated address in the current calendar year
Virtual Power Plant Plans under REPS VPP1 must be approved by the South Australian Department for Energy and Mining Minister or their delegate.
Battery Brand and Models must meet VPP1 eligibility and be compatible with VPP Plans. Changes to either may affect eligibility for REPS VPP1 rebate.
If the REPS incentive cannot be claimed by Ecovantage for any reason, including previous claims, inaccurate information provided, your VPP operator choosing not to support the claim or an obliged retailer rejects the claim, the customer will be required to return monies paid by Ecovantage, or forfeit unpaid monies.
The pricing displayed on the Ecovantage website is indicative only.
Priority Group Eligibility requires proof of eligibility and must be valid at the time of onboarding to VPP Plan.
This offer is valid until 30 November of each calendar year, unless REPS allocation is exhausted prior.
Ecovantage was not involved in the installation of the battery and is therefore not liable for any issues that may arise.
The Customer understands it is their responsibility to ensure any bank details supplied are correct.
REPS VPP1 may take up to 45 days from receipt of signed Activity Record.
The Customer understands that Ecovantage collects relevant information for the purpose of processing the VPP1 REPS activity rebate, and authorises Ecovantage to use and disclose information to the nominated retailer and South Australian Government. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and the parties shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
Ecovantage offers this service as part of the Victorian Energy Upgrade program. Participation in the VEU program is voluntary and the eligible products get an incentive, discount or discount. Ecovantage is a private provider and an Accredited Provider to operate under the scheme.
